If you are looking for a farm feel wedding venue, then you have come to the right place. Eagles Nest has an intimate chapel and reception area suitable for small to medium sized weddings. Our venue has all the elements you need for an affordable and fairy tale wedding in the heart of the Garden Route.

Our quant chapel overlooks Rondevlei and the rolling Outeniqua Mountains. The chapel can comfortably seat up to 55 guests inside with more seating available on the sides of the chapel with inter leading glass sliding doors for bigger weddings. Our function hall can seat up to 80 guests which is suitable for weddings, conferences, family reunions and birthdays to name but a few. The undercover area in front of the reception hall is where we serve our mouth-watering canapes and harvest tables during the bridal party's photo shoot. Catering is done by the hosts with tailor made menu options to fit any occasion. Here we serve traditional home cooked food made with an extra pinch of love. Draping and fairy lights are also available on-site. We offer free assistance with wedding/function planning.

The resort boasts with two luxurious bridal suites perfect for newlyweds or a romantic getaway. Discounted accommodation is available for up to 60 wedding guests on-site.

Our Chapel

Our charming, intimate chapel with spectacular lake and mountain views is one of its kind.  Here time stands still, and memories are created that lasts a lifetime.  The chapel can seat up to 55 people with sliding doors opening up to a smaller seating area for more guests.  The chapel can be hired separately for baptisms or to renew wedding vows.  

Wedding Reception

Our reception hall is ideal for wedding receptions, team buildings, yearend functions, birthday celebrations, family reunions and conferences which overlooks the Garden Route Lakes District with the rolling Outeniqua Mountain Range in the backdrop.  One could not ask for a more spectacular setting for an intimate wedding or event.  Tailormade packages available on request to suite all your needs.  What makes our venue so unique is that everything happens on-site, from the chapel, to reception, honeymoon suite, guest accommodation and ample areas for spectacular photo's.  Swartvlei and Kleinkrantz beach is only a few minutes' drive away for sunset photos.   We are well known for our weekend wedding packages where we offer guests on-site, discounted accommodation, a braai on the Friday evening where family and friends can catch up and a champagne breakfast on the morning of departure for all guests.  The hall can comfortably seat 80 people.   Catering is done internally by the hosts and tailormade menu options are available.  At Eagles Nest we do good home cooked food, in abundance along with an extra pinch of love.  Contact us on 084 500 6054 or send an e-mail to [email protected] for more information.
